• Door thickness – 35mm minimum required
• Single Door Setup – Compatible Double Door – Compatible but Need a tower bolt or secondary latch
• Wi-Fi models need 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi on your router
• Mount height matters: the camera should sit around chest height so face recognition works reliably.
• Make sure door is in ready condition mounted on its place without door on it’s place we can’t align lock with frame.
