Door thickness and dual doors
Most Denler locks suit doors from about 35 mm to 100 mm thick. Where a security screen and main door sit together, gap requirements matter — typically around 70 mm if only the inner door is locked, and more if both doors take hardware. Send photos when you enquire so we can check before booking.
Not included by default
- Cosmetic patching or full door refinishing after old hardware removal (we tidy the install area; major paint or carpentry touch-ups are separate)
- Custom steel gates or doors that cannot accept the lock’s bolt pattern
- Network troubleshooting beyond basic router WiFi for app features
