Smart Door Lock Perth collects personal information you provide when you enquire by form, email, phone or WhatsApp — typically your name, contact details, suburb, property notes and product interest. We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, schedule installation and provide after-sales support.

Contact form submissions may be processed by our form provider (for example Web3Forms) and delivered to our business email. Phone and WhatsApp communications are handled on our business numbers.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share details with subcontractors solely to complete installation or warranty support, and with professional advisers or authorities when required by law.

Smart locks and companion apps may process biometric templates, PINs and usage logs on the device or in the manufacturer’s cloud according to Denler’s product design. That processing is governed by the app and manufacturer policies; we help you set up the product but do not operate Denler’s cloud as a separate data controller for app accounts.

We retain enquiry and job records for as long as needed for support, accounting and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them when no longer required.
