Security features

• When wrong Fingerprint or PIN entered more than 3 times you will get notification in app.
• Forced-removal attempts can trigger an on-lock siren and a phone notification
• Automatic Locking option available for safety
• Anti-peep PIN — type extra digits before and after your real code to shield it from onlookers
• Emergency power — if the battery runs low while you are away, top up with a power bank or use the mechanical key. Note: emergency charging only works with the battery fitted; if the pack is removed, use the mechanical key.

Compatibility & install notes

• Door thickness — typically 35 mm minimum (confirm on quote for your Perth door)
• Single Door Setup - Compatible
• Double Door - Compatible but Need towerbolt
• Wi-Fi models need 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi on your router
• Lock needs to be fitted in such a way that the camera is at the height to your chest level. The door must be hung and aligned before fitting — we cannot set the lock true to the frame without the door in place.

• 3-Year warranty against manufacturing defects on electrical & mortise parts only. 1 year on battery.
